Communication Planning

Effective communication strategies start with good planning.

If your organization is struggling with how to maintain clear communication between management and staff chances are that the message getting to your customers, clients, donors or other stakeholders isn’t clear or consistent. That can mean missed opportunities.

Message Communications can provide the planning services to get your organization on track and moving forward towards corporate goals.

  • Auditing of present communication practices
  • Assessment of communication needs
  • Detailed planning that outlines steps to improve communication

Writing

Whether it’s an annual report, brochure or company website, business communications need to be clear and concise. It’s also vital to use the best writing style for the particular medium in order to be effective.

Message Communications can provide writing or copy editing services for all of your business materials.

  • Annual reports
  • Brochures
  • Blog Posts
  • Fundraising materials
  • Intra/Internet sites
  • Proposals

Public Relations

Reaching a wide audience through advertising is costly and out of reach for many small and mid-sized companies and non-profits. Using social media and other public relations tools is a more economical approach to getting your organization’s message out.

Message Communications can help you to promote your organization using a variety of tools.

  • Social media planning and support
  • Media releases and events
  • Media coaching/media relations workshops
  • Event sponsorship

Deborah’s a good listener. Even though she was not extensively familiar with my business sector (trucking) she asked the right questions to be able to understand it quickly. She hit just the right tone for the audience in the writing she did for my website and helped me figure out what to include and what was unnecessary. She also gave me solid advice about how to approach my social media planning.
